Igor Arbitman

Igor Arbitman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and incentive compensation management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, and Pricing International at Integra LifeSciences since October 2017, Igor has held various leadership roles focused on incentive compensation and pricing strategies. Prior to this, Igor was the Managing Compensation Team Lead at Ditech Financial LLC from December 2006 to October 2017, where responsibilities included leading a team of variable compensation administrators and enhancing compensation administration procedures. Igor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Temple University, completing studies in 2004.
