Jyoti Varma

Jyoti Varma is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance and strategic business support. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Finance at Integra LifeSciences since September 2011, Jyoti has held multiple senior roles within the organization, including Senior Director and Director of Corporate FP&A. Prior to Integra, Jyoti worked at Forest Research as an R&D Finance Manager and spent nearly a decade at Bristol-Myers Squibb in various finance roles, where significant contributions included analyzing operating expenses and improving financial forecasting processes. Earlier experience also includes positions at Arthur Andersen as a Consultant/Auditor, managing numerous client engagements for Fortune 1000 companies. Jyoti holds a BBA in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from the University of Michigan.
