Ka'Men Pickens

Ka'men Pickens is an experienced Validation Engineer with a strong background in the biotechnology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Validation Engineer II at Integra LifeSciences since November 2021, Ka'men previously held the position of Validation Specialist at Cognate BioServices from August 2019 to November 2021. Earlier in the career, Ka'men worked as a Clerk/Maintenance at Local Culture and also gained experience as a Maintenance Specialist and Cook at The Grill, where responsibilities included cash handling and meal preparation for large volumes of customers. Ka'men holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Mississippi State University, completed in 2019, and graduated from Haywood High School in 2014.
