Mary Salama

Mary Salama is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and process improvement, currently serving as the Director of CRM Systems at Integra LifeSciences since July 2011. In this role, Mary collaborates with executives to implement advanced technologies that drive growth and revenue, while also architecting a new structure for the enterprise-wide CRM and CRM Analytics team. Previously, Mary held positions as Global Process Lead for Record to Report and Procure to Pay and Senior Applications Specialist in GRC and Finance, focusing on harmonizing operations and improving service metrics across the organization. Prior to Integra LifeSciences, Mary worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Madison Square Garden and as a Functional Oracle Consultant at Core Services. Mary holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
