Stephen Swierczek

Stephen Swierczek is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in infrastructure, operations, and business process management. Currently serving as the Director of IS Engineering Operations at Integra LifeSciences since May 2017, Swierczek oversees global IS infrastructure projects and has successfully led significant initiatives, including a data center relocation and the expansion of IT services in Dublin, Ireland. Previously, at Bristol Myers Squibb Company, Swierczek held various leadership roles, directing enterprise data integration services, business process management, and IT governance, while managing substantial budgets and improving operational efficiencies. Swierczek holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University.
