Allen Safer

Allen Safer is the Executive Director of Integra Realty Resources-Seattle, a position held since March 2002, with over 30 years of experience in consultation and valuation analysis for various property types. Safer previously served as President of the Seattle Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2007 and held the role of Principal at Property Counselors from January 1986 to March 2002, focusing on commercial real estate research and valuation. Additional leadership roles include serving as a member of the National Appraisal Institute Executive Committee and Chairman of both the Pacific NW Region 1 Board of Directors and the National Comprehensive Exam Subcommittee of the Appraisal Institute. Safer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder from 1969 to 1974.
