Kevin McIlwain

Kevin McIlwain is a seasoned commercial real estate appraiser currently employed at Integra Realty Resources since August 2021. Previously, Kevin served as the Director of Assessment & Tax Claim for Beaver County PA from April 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing and assessing county real estate parcels, adhering to statutory requirements, and overseeing the collection and disbursement of $18 million in delinquent taxes annually. Prior to that, Kevin was a Licensed Appraiser Trainee at Dan McCown & Co., Inc. from June 2012 to April 2017, specializing in commercial and industrial real estate appraisals and performing various financial analysis and valuation approaches. Kevin holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from PennWest California and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Waynesburg University.
