Robin Brady Mai

Robin Brady, MAI has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Currently, Robin is the Senior Managing Director at Integra Realty Resources, where they oversee the Boise office. Their responsibilities include generating work, managing client relationships, and producing and reviewing appraisal reports.

Prior to this, Robin worked as an Independent Consultant, providing market studies and advisory services for real estate developers, investors, and public jurisdictions. They completed over 35 projects in various sectors such as retail, office, industrial, and multifamily.

Robin also gained experience at DBSI, where they held multiple roles. As a Land Acquisition Manager, they sourced and closed $20 million of land acquisitions. As an Investment Manager, they managed pre-construction activities for over $100 million in real estate developments. Additionally, as a Financial Analyst, Robin underwrote over 50 prospective development projects valued at more than $350 million.

Earlier in their career, Robin worked at Avamere Health Services as an Acquisition & Development Associate, where they reviewed real estate acquisition and development projects.

Robin started their career at Hobson Real Estate Advisors as a Senior Associate, providing advisory services to real estate developers. They worked on various property types and completed 22 market studies, becoming the top-producing associate during their tenure.

Throughout their career, Robin has developed expertise in valuation, consulting, market analysis, and financial analysis across various sectors of the real estate industry.

Robin Brady, MAI, received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Robin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from the same university, completing the program between 1999 and 2001.

Robin also holds additional certifications. In 2011, they obtained the "Certified General Appraiser" certification from the State of Idaho. Two years later, in July 2013, they attained the "MAI" certification from the Appraisal Institute.
