Zac Blechman

Zac Blechman is an accomplished Associate Director and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Integra Realty Resources since January 2017, specializing in hotel valuations and appraisals for various commercial properties including retail, office, and industrial sectors. Prior experience includes serving as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Murphy Appraisal Services LLC, where extensive property research and appraisal services were provided for banks, lawyers, and local businesses throughout South Louisiana. Zac began a career in real estate at Integra Realty Resources as a Researcher, focusing on data quality initiatives and demographic analyses for appraisal reports. An alumnus of Florida State University, Zac holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate & Marketing and previously acted as Vice President of the Real Estate Society. An internship at USA InvestCo involved developing pro-formas for future projects.
