Shoshana Richmond

Shoshana Richmond, PharmD has a diverse range of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Shoshana currently holds the position of Director of Clinical Services at Integra Scripts since February 2023. In this role, they focus on improving billing accuracy and managing pharmacy spend in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care settings.

Before joining Integra Scripts, Shoshana worked as the Director of VeriScript PBM at Apex Global Solutions from November 2018 to February 2023. Shoshana'sresponsibilities included overseeing the pharmacy benefit management services provided by the company.

Prior to that, they served as a Supervising Pharmacist at CAREPAX from February 2018 to January 2019. Shoshana'smain duties involved prepackaging maintenance medications in user-friendly pouches for easy administration.

Shoshana also gained experience as an MTM Clinical Pharmacist at Dundee Pharmacy Inc from October 2017 to September 2018. Shoshana provided medication counseling to patients, processed cases using MirixaPro and OutcomesMTM, and administered flu shots.

From November 2014 to February 2017, Shoshana worked as a Consultant and Staff Pharmacist at CareOne Pharmacy Services. Shoshana'sresponsibilities included verifying prescriptions, managing medication schedules, and providing consultation services to long-term care facilities.

Earlier in their career, Shoshana served as an Anticoagulation (Coumadin Clinic) Student Pharmacist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from November 2012 to January 2013, and as an Ambulatory Care Rotation Student Pharmacist at Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) from October to November 2012.

Shoshana Richmond, PharmD has a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts (Accounting) and Judaic Studies from Hebrew Theological College, which they obtained in the years 2003-2005. Shoshana then pursued their education at Oakton College from 2007-2009, completing Pharmacy Pre-Requisites. Subsequently, they attended Midwestern University from 2009-2013, where they obtained their PharmD degree specializing in Pharmacy. In 2012, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Immunizer from the American Pharmacists Association.
