Daisy Michael

Daisy, with more than two decades of experience in the publishing industry, manages Integra’s operations in the United States and Japan.

She is responsible for managing operations across different verticals, setting up new functions and services in Integra that include Central Quality, Editorial Services, Project Management, Rights & Permissions, and Content Services.

Daisy also dons the mantle of Quality Management Champion, spearheading the various quality initiatives at Integra and implementing best practices.
