John Harris

John Harris is an experienced professional in the fields of quantity surveying and energy insurance. Currently serving as the President of the Asia Pacific Energy Conference since June 2010, John leads the organizing committee for an annual offshore energy insurance conference. Prior to this role, John was a Partner at CKP Quantity Surveyors, managing projects in Singapore and Malaysia. John held the position of Regional Managing Director at ABL Group from January 2001 to June 2022, overseeing a team of energy insurance adjusters across Asia and Australasia. Following this, John worked as the Regional Managing Director at SteegeXP from June 2022 to March 2025, and currently holds the position of Regional Managing Director at Integra Technical Services Ltd. John holds multiple degrees in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and Sheffield Hallam University.
