Margot Pont

Margot Pont is an accomplished professional in the field of translational sciences with extensive experience in biotechnology and immunotherapy. Currently, Margot serves as the VP of Translational Development at Integra Therapeutics, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Margot held key roles at Galapagos, including Head of Translational Sciences, and at CellPoint, where contributions included establishing research and preclinical development protocols and authoring Investigator Brochures for CAR T cell therapies. Margot's academic foundation includes a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Leiden University, alongside a notable postdoctoral fellowship at Fred Hutch focusing on CAR-T cell therapy optimization and IND support.
