Sean McMillan

Sean McMillan is a seasoned professional in the water and wastewater utility industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Integra Water since May 2022. Previously, McMillan held the position of VP of Business Development at Integra Water, LLC from June 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included developing private wastewater utility systems for residential areas lacking public utility access. Prior to this, McMillan worked as a Territory Manager at Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. and Cowin Equipment Company, Inc. In addition, McMillan was President at Twelve Baskets, Inc. for nearly a decade, and began career as a Sales Representative at Metrac, Inc. and a Trainee at Ferguson Enterprises. McMillan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Citadel in 1996.
