Belinda McQuaide

Belinda directs the day-to-day operating functions for all Integracare communities. Since joining the company in 2019, she has been focused on attracting leaders and building a culture that will satisfy the residents, inspire the team members, and ensure value for capital partners. She is deeply involved with all aspects of the business and works with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for the organization.

Prior to becoming COO, she served as the Director of Operations for Integracare. Before joining the Integracare team, Belinda served as the Director of Operations and Analytics for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and as a Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh.

Belinda earned her Bachelors of Health Sciences and Masters in Methodology and Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh.
