Larry's career at Gentiva Health Services spanned from 1991 to 2008, where roles included Assistant Vice President Clinical Operations and AVP, contributing to the development of clinical systems and managing compliance across numerous branch locations. Larry began education at the University of Arkansas, obtaining an ADN in Nursing, and further advanced expertise through progressive leadership positions in the healthcare sector.
