Ashish Musaddi

Ashish Musaddi is an experienced Human Resources executive currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Integrace Health since April 2025. Previously, Ashish held various senior roles at Cipla from January 2018 to April 2025, including Head of People, Culture & Org Effectiveness and Global Head of Culture Transformation, Talent Management & Learning. Other notable positions include Regional HR Head at LyondellBasell and HR Business Partner at Novartis Consumer Health. Ashish began a career in Human Resources at AstraZeneca and has also worked in roles across organizations such as Bausch & Lomb India and MSD. Educated at Cornell University in the Cipla Leadership Ascent Programme alongside a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Hansraj College, Ashish has built a strong foundation in business administration and management.
