Colleen Werkheiser

Colleen Werkheiser has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Colleen currently works as a Client Services Manager at Integral Analytics, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, Werkheiser worked at Sustainabilist from June 2019 to March 2023 as a Project Coordinator, where they were responsible for maintaining project management tools, schedules, and documentation, as well as organizing meetings and performing additional project, marketing, and administrative tasks.

Before joining Sustainabilist, Werkheiser was a NSF Graduate Research Fellow at Harvard University from September 2016 to December 2018. Colleen also gained teaching and tutoring experience during their time at Reed College, where they worked as a Drop-In Center Tutor from January 2014 to May 2016, and as a Physics 100 Laboratory Teaching Assistant from September 2013 to May 2016. In these roles, they provided tutoring and support for math and physics courses, supervised labs, and graded assignments.

In addition, Werkheiser has undertaken research positions, including being a NSF REU Summer Researcher at the University of Washington from June 2015 to August 2015, where they worked on in situ x-ray emission spectroscopy of a pouch cell battery. Colleen also worked as a NSF REU Summer Researcher at SRI International from June 2014 to August 2014, conducting microscopy for biological applications.
