Cortney Jones

Cortney Jones, MSW, is an accomplished social work professional with extensive leadership experience in various roles within the field. As the Founder and Executive Director of CHANGE 1 MIND CHANGE 1 LIFE since September 2013, Cortney has dedicated efforts to impactful community initiatives. Currently serving as the Fresh Start Contract Manager at Integral Care in Austin, TX, since February 2020, Cortney previously held leadership positions including Executive Director at Voice for Adoption and Strategic Partnership Associate at ICF. Additional experiences include a legislative internship with the United States Senate, management of landlord-tenant programs at Austin Tenants' Council, and counseling roles at American YouthWorks. Cortney holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Texas State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
