Birendra Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles and technology leadership within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Envision Consultants Ltd since May 2019, Birendra advises financial institutions, IT service providers, and fintechs, while also acting as a trusted advisor for venture capital and private equity-backed organizations. In addition, Birendra occupies the role of Non-Executive Director at Integral Development Corporation (Europe) and is the Head of Technology at Martello Expert Services. With previous positions including Chief Information Officer at Close Brothers and significant roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Nomura, and Citi, Birendra has built a robust career that combines technological expertise with strategic insight. Birendra holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
