Justin Barcelo serves as the Corporate HSE & Quality Manager at Integral Energy Services Ltd. since April 2014, where responsibilities include organizing daily toolbox meetings, acting as the HSE representative for the company, and developing safety management programs for subcontractors. Prior experience includes a role as Lead HSE Advisor at Propak Systems Ltd. between June and December 2013. Justin is currently completing an Occupational Health and Safety Advanced Diploma at the University of New Brunswick and holds a National Construction Safety Officer designation from ACSA.
