Jamie-Lea Divan is currently a Sr. Operations Manager at Integral Consulting Services, Inc. Jamie-Lea has experience in managing call center performance metrics, optimizing automated dialer applications, and generating various reports to aid in managing call distribution and staffing resource allocation.
