Jason Berry is a seasoned ITILv4 and IT Service Management (ITSM) professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Senior Information Technology Consultant at Integral Federal, Inc., Jason Berry oversees projects for the US Treasury Department, specifically the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), focusing on the Ivanti Service Management platform. Prior to this, Jason Berry held project management positions at CACI International Inc. and served in various senior roles within the US Army for over a decade. This includes experience as a Senior Operations Manager and Network Operations Chief, where responsibilities encompassed managing call center operations and implementing efficient IT solutions. Jason Berry also has a background in managing significant security and information assurance projects for DISA and has trained military personnel in communication systems.
