Michael Pongrace has over 25 years of work experience, primarily in project management and analysis roles. Michael began their career in the United States Air Force as an Air Force Officer and served for ten years. Following their service, they worked as a Project Manager for Defense Group Inc for ten years. Michael then moved on to Network Runners, Inc. as a Senior Analyst for two years before joining CACI International Inc as a Portfolio Management role for two years. In 2015, Michael joined Ironclad Technology Services as a Senior Analyst for two years. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at Integral Federal, Inc. where they lead a team of analysts and information technology personnel to develop a framework and tool for USCG Force Planning Construct.

Michael Pongrace attended the University of New Hampshire from 1974 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Theory and Composition. In addition, they obtained a PMP Certification from PMI in May 2014.
