Andrew Jolly

Global Digital Engineering Director at Integral Group

Andrew’s curiosity for design started at a very early age, as he began sketching alongside his grandfather, an artist, who would give him tips. This soon grew into a love of drawing houses. He went on to study Architectural Drafting, before taking on an apprenticeship as a Mechanical design draftsperson, starting his journey in the MEP industry. Andrew still reflects on the inspirational moments he shared with his grandfather, which have stayed with him and encouraged him to challenge himself.

Today, Andrew leads the firm in all digital aspects of the business, from developing strategies and managing software solutions to promoting innovation and connections between Integral’s talented digital experts across the globe. As Global Digital Engineering Director and a member of the CIBSE Digital Engineering Society Steering Group, Andrew understands the unique digital needs of each client, collaborating with them to provide the highest quality solution.

Using his knowledge as a BIM project information manager, he has previously delivered programmes such as the Manchester Airport Transformation Scheme.

Andrew is driven by his belief in the power of a positive mind, which motivates him to succeed at whatever he puts his mind to and to inspire those around him to do the same. His presence at Integral has streamlined and refined the workflow of the UK and European business. He is an advocate for mental health and introduced Headspace to the company, a wellbeing tool which is now available to all members of staff.

Andrew names one of his top accomplishments has been joining a team who are there to make a difference.

Since joining the firm, Andrew and his team have contributed to the achievement of multiple awards, including CIBSE Employer of the Year and the CanBIM Design & Engineering Category at the Innovation and Spotlight Awards for work in Embodied Carbon in MEP Design.
