Janis Von Culin

Janis provides human resources guidance to Integral Molecular and is a member of its business advisory board. She works closely with management and staff in developing and implementing human resources programs in leadership effectiveness, staffing and selection, and performance management. For the past 23 years, Janis has led Von Culin Associates, a consultant firm providing advice and resources for senior management and internal HR staff. Prior to starting her own company, Janis worked for 18 years with Avery Dennison, a Fortune 500 manufacturing and distribution corporation. As Group Director of Human Resources, she led the HR function for 9 divisions operating in North America and Asia. Janis holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from California State University at Los Angeles and a B.A. in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College.
