Ross Hicks is the Global Head of Professional & Financial Services at Integral Search, part of Manpower Group, since November 2023, where responsibilities include managing global practices in M&A, Financial Restructuring, Special Situations, ECM, and DCM. Prior positions include Managing Partner at Marlow Partners LLP and Managing Director at ZRG Partners, LLC, with extensive experience in Financial & Professional Services Executive Search across EMEA. Ross also served as Regional and London Director at Finlay Gardener, focusing on Buy and Sell Side executive search, and as Principal Consultant at Stanton Chase, specializing in the MENA region's Professional and Financial Services. Other noteworthy roles include Director of European Investment Banking at Green Street Partners LLC and positions in banking and finance recruitment at Hillman Saunders, Robert Half, and Michael Page International. Ross holds a history degree from King's College London.
