Zachary Butcher

Zachary Butcher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple senior living and healthcare companies. Zachary started their career as a Sales Counselor at Brookdale in 2012 and later joined Emeritus in 2013, where they worked as a Community Relations Director. Zachary then returned to Brookdale in 2014, taking on various roles including Sales Manager, Executive Director, Area Director of Operations, District Director of Operations, and Regional Vice President of Operations. In 2022, Zachary joined Novellus Living as the Vice President of Operations and later became the Chief Operating Officer. Zachary is currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Integral Senior Living since January 2024.

Zachary Butcher has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, which they obtained from Arizona State University from 2009 to 2013. In 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University and completed it in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including the LEAD Program from Argentum in 2021 and the Certified Director of Assisted Living from the Senior Living Certification Commission in May 2017.
