Shane Betts

Shane Betts is the Head of Corporate Accounts at Integral UK. Shane has over 20 years of experience in operations and facilities management. Shane has a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service, developing teams and implementing best practices across organizations.

Shane began their career in facilities management with JLL, where they worked for 10 years. Shane then moved to Carillion, where they were responsible for providing a total FM service aligned to the estates strategy of Oxfordshire County Council (OCC). In this role, they led the implementation of best practices across OCC, including establishing performance metrics that promoted excellence.

In their current role at Integral UK, Shane is responsible for managing corporate accounts. Shane is committed to delivering excellent customer service and driving operational efficiencies within the organization.

Shane Betts has a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham. Shane also has 11 GCSEs, 3 A-levels, and 1 AS-level from Lawrence Sheriff Grammar School.
