Sean Frost

Sean Frost has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Sean currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Integral since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Pillar Technology as a Software Artisan from July 2018 to October 2020.

Sean's earlier work experience includes roles such as Software Developer at MB Financial Bank Mortgage from April 2015 to July 2018, where they created a tracking system, developed working queues, and made reusable directives for angular-driven interactive reports.

At JSTOR/ITHAKA, Sean served as a Senior Java Developer from January 2008 to April 2015. Sean played a key role in developing personal access and bookshelf features, contributed to a project adding web-first journal content hosting, and built a workflow system for data import and approval.

Before that, Sean worked as a Technical Consultant at Tek Systems from July 2007 to January 2008, implementing logic for insurance policy rule changes and designing a monitoring task for support systems.

In their role as a Senior Technical Consultant at Menlo Innovations, LLC, Sean developed consumer and business applications from April 2005 to May 2007, using agile methodologies and teaching Java to new developers. Prior to that, they worked as a Contractor at Menlo Innovations, LLC from October 2002 to April 2005.

Sean started their career as an Associate Technical Consultant at Appnet/Commerce One/Connective Commerce in October 1998. In this role, they built web interfaces, developed back-end functionality, and worked independently or as part of an agile team to achieve project objectives.
