Marshal Fredy has a solid background in recruitment and customer service. Marshal started as a Customer Service Associate at Firstsource Solutions, USA in 2008, then moved on to a role as a Sr. IT Technical Recruiter at VDartInc in 2010. Subsequently, they worked as a Recruiter at Cofidential in 2011 and later as a Recruitment Lead at Across Borders Management Consulting Group LLC. starting in 2012. Throughout their roles, they demonstrated strong abilities in recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
