Sri has over a decade of experience in the IT industry. Srinivas has worked at Integrass in various roles including Web Development Intern, Business Analyst Intern, Information Technology Project Coordinator, Project Support/Delivery Manager, Office of Client Delivery Management, Senior Manager in Delivery Management, Director in Delivery Management, and Vice President in Delivery & Operations. Prior to Integrass, they worked as a Processing Associate/Analyst at HSBC. Sri has expertise in delivery management, client relations, business development, team leadership, and project coordination.

Sri holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Srimad Andavan Arts & Science College, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy, and a Master's degree in Computer & Information Sciences from Gannon University. Additionally, Sri has additional certifications in Agile Methodology, Scrum Fundamentals, Six Sigma Yellow belt, and Microsoft Technology Associate in Web Development Fundamentals.
