Dhamodaran Palaniappan

Dhamodaran Palaniappan currently serves as the Program Director for the Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at The University of Connecticut School of Medicine since May 2024. As a Clinical Associate Professor in Anesthesiology at the University of Connecticut since December 2012, Dhamodaran also holds positions as a Founding Member of Stockbridge Capital LLC since February 2020 and as a Director on the Board of Directors for SHRI SURAKSHA SPECIALTY MEDICAL CENTRE PRIVATE LIMITED since October 2012. Additional roles include Anesthesiologist/Intensivist at Integrated Anesthesia Associates and Staff Anesthesiologist/Intensivist at Hartford Hospital, where Dhamodaran is also the Site Education Director for the UConn Anesthesia Residency Program and Section Chief of Thoracic Anesthesia. Dhamodaran's medical education includes an MD from Harvard Medical School, an MD from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, an MD from New York Medical College, an MD from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Madras Medical College.
