Syed Muhammad Waqar

Syed Muhammad Waqar is a qualified anesthesiologist currently serving as a Staff Anesthesiologist at Integrated Anesthesia Associates since July 2023. Prior to this role, Syed completed a RAAPM Fellowship at UPMC from July 2022 to June 2023 and underwent training as an Anesthesiology Resident at Henry Ford Health System from July 2018 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes work as a Medical Officer at Tabba Heart Institute and Atia General Hospital, as well as various observational roles at MD Anderson Cancer Center, City Medical Center, and Cleveland Clinic. Syed began medical training as a House Officer at Civil Hospital Karachi following the completion of a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree at Dow University Of Health Sciences from 2009 to 2014, complemented by an Intermediate degree in Pre-Medical from Bahria College Karsaz and earlier studies at Qamar-e-Bani Hashim School.
