Tom Novakoski, C.P.C. LEED AP, is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Representative at Integrated Architecture since January 2013, Tom previously held the role of Project Manager at Elzinga & Volkers, Inc. Construction Professionals from 1997 to January 2013. Tom has a demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. With a diverse portfolio that includes health care, senior living, education, faith-based initiatives, industrial projects, financial institutions, residential developments, and food service, Tom consistently exceeds client expectations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Grand Valley State University and a BS in Construction Management from Ferris State University.
