Michael Cicello

Michael Cicello is an experienced technology architect with a robust background in billing and digital transformation strategies. Currently serving as Principal Architect at Integrated Billing Inc. since December 1998, Michael has specialized in implementing Billing Platform's Revenue Management Platform for various companies. Prior roles include Architect at BillingPlatform, where responsibilities focused on Back Office and Enterprise Billing, and Enterprise Application Architect at Intrado, leading digital transformation initiatives. Additional experience includes positions at Metratech as Product Owner/Architect for Cloud and Reconciliation Solutions and as Billing Architect at Verizon, where the Kenan Billing system was designed and implemented. Michael Cicello holds an educational background from the University of Texas at San Antonio, attended from 1987 to 1990.
