Carlos Urias has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Carlos started as a Lean Facilitator at MTD Products and then moved to Belden Inc. as an Engineer Intern in 2015. In 2017, they became a Quality Specialist at Avnet, and in 2020 they were a Logistics Coordinator at SMCK Sonora Metal. In 2021, they became a Mathematics Teacher at Universidad Binacional Campus Nogales, and in 2022 they took on the role of Quality Engineer at Integrated Cable Assembly Holdings, Inc. Additionally, Carlos has been a Teacher at Universidad del Desarrollo Profesional since 2020.
Carlos Urias obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing & Quality from the Instituto Tecnologico de Nogales between 2012 and 2017. Carlos also holds three certifications from Avnet, including ESD Certification (obtained in June 2019), IPC J-STD-001 Certification (obtained in July 2017), and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Requirements & Acceptance for Cable & Wire Harness Assemblies (obtained in July 2017). Carlos is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Teaching from the Instituto del Desierto de Santa Ana, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2021.
