Michelle McCarrick Truett is an accomplished graphic designer and marketing professional with over a decade of experience as the owner of 484 Design, Inc., a graphic design firm focused on identity and communications design. Since 2017, Michelle has served as the Marketing Manager for Integrated Community Alternatives Network (ICAN) and has been involved with Mohawk Valley Community College as the Program Manager for the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, leading students in business development initiatives. Additionally, Michelle coordinates the Levitt AMP Utica Music Series, a community concert event. Michelle's prior experience includes a role in Marketing Communications at Fort Schuyler Club from 2005 to 2023. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in Graphic Design, Michelle has established a strong foundation in both design and marketing.

ICAN works with over 2,000 individuals each day to restore social, emotional and behavioral health and well-being to Keep Families Together. ICAN offers 22 programs reaching communities across six counties in Central New York and serving individuals from prenatal to end-of-life care. Services are delivered at home, in school and in the community. Founded in 1997 as a home-based mental health services program for children in Oneida County, ICAN has focused on families since day one.
