Ayshika Wiggins, PRC, CIR

Ayshika Wiggins has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a PRC, CIR at Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS) since October 2020. Ayshika initially joined as a Technical Recruiter and was later promoted to a Senior Technical Recruiter. Prior to this, Ayshika worked at Republic Finance as an Assistant Branch Manager from December 2019 to October 2020. Ayshika also worked at BB King's Blues Club as a Sales Coordinator and then as a Team Leader from February 2016 to December 2019. During their time at BB King's Blues Club, Ayshika excelled in suggestive selling and dessert-to-go orders and was recognized as Lead Server. Additionally, they provided recruiting services as a Recruiter at Aerotek from November 2018 to September 2019. Ayshika also had experience as a Procurement Representative at XPO Logistics, Inc. from July 2017 to July 2018. Ayshika began their career as an Intern at Baptist Health Marketing Department in 2016, where they later took on the role of Practicum Student. Ayshika also interned at Raycom Media Camellia Bowl in 2015, where they gained experience in networking, event planning, and enhancing marketing campaigns.

Ayshika Wiggins completed their high school education at Boston Latin Academy from 2007 to 2012, obtaining a high school diploma. Ayshika then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations at Alabama State University from 2012 to 2016. In terms of additional certifications, Ayshika obtained the Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) and Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from AIRS powered by ADP in February 2022 and September 2022, respectively. Ayshika also obtained the Veterans At Work certification from the SHRM Foundation in January 2022.
