Damon Standish

Damon Standish has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Damon began their career in 1995 as a Technician at Harbour City Security Limited. In 2004, they became a Self Employed Contractor specializing in security installation. From 2006 to 2008, Damon worked as a Helicopter Pilot at Bluewater Helicopters.

In 2008, they transitioned to the IT industry, working as an IT Support at Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology and later as a Project Manager at Direct Control Limited (NZ) from 2008 to 2010. Damon then joined Hills Electronic Security as the IT/DVR Development Manager from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Damon moved into roles related to sales and management. Damon worked as the Asia Pacific Sales and Support Manager at Integrated Control Technology from 2011 to 2013, followed by General Manager from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Damon served as the General Manager of ICT USA.

Damon Standish has a Diploma of Information Technology (Network Engineering) from Computer Power Institute, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Aviation (Helicopter) from Whitireia Polytechnic, which they received from 2002 to 2003.
