Thomas Napora

Thomas Napora has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Thomas currently serves as the Vice President & General Manager EMEA at Integrated Control Technology, a leading manufacturer of electronic access control and security solutions. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director EMEA at Quanergy, where they focused on building up operations in the EMEA region. Thomas also held the position of Head of Business Development/Sales DACH at OPTEX (Europe) LTD, where they were responsible for the development of the DACH region in the security industry. Thomas has extensive experience in technical sales, business development, and management roles, having worked at companies like Verint-Systems, NTT Com Security, and Johnson & Johnson. Before entering the private sector, they served in various roles in the German Airforce. Thomas holds an MBA and has a background in IT and network security.

Thomas Napora obtained their Abitur degree in Economy from Commercial College Kirchheimbolanden during the period of 1990 to 1992. Thomas further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Deutsche Angestellten Akademie, completing their studies from 2004 to 2025.
