Prior to this role, he held various leadership positions in the HVAC industry at companies such as Johnson Controls, Aggreko, Carrier Corporation, and Trane. With a background in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, Stan has extensive experience in sales, business management, and project management within the HVAC market.
