Integrated Counseling and Wellness (ICW) is a pioneering mental health practice located in the heart of Fort Collins. Founded in 2019 by Alyssa Wright, LCSW, we are a queer and woman-owned group therapy clinic passionately committed to offering comprehensive care that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. 

Our mid-sized practice offers a range of services including in-person and telehealth consultations, making mental wellness accessible to all residents within Larimer County. ICW has carved out a special niche as a vanguard for LGBTQIA+ mental health support. This is not just a tagline for us; it's reflected in our staffing. Many of our team members openly identify within the LGBTQIA+ spectrum, and all are trained to be affirming and competent in issues affecting the community. 

We pride ourselves on our inclusive model of care, accepting a wide variety of insurance options, including CO Medicaid, thereby making mental healthcare accessible to people from all socio-economic backgrounds. Apart from individual counseling, we also facilitate support groups that serve as a safe space for various community members to share, learn, and heal together.
