Kalen Gibbons

Kalen Gibbons has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Between 2007 and 2012, they worked at Esri as a Team Lead and Senior Application Developer, responsible for leading a team and developing critical applications using Flex, AJAX, and ColdFusion technologies. In 2011, they joined Cognetive Systems as a Consulting Application Developer, where they independently developed an application for managing hand sanitization stations in hospitals. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Esri again as a Consulting Application Developer, leading client-side and API development for a customer portal. In 2012, they also founded Sercossa Inc., a development firm specializing in freelance and contract work. Additionally, since 2016, they have been a Co-Owner and Consultant at Stone and Blade, Inc., where they develop mobile apps alongside Brandon Born.

Kalen Gibbons pursued higher education from 2004 to 2007 at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. During this period, Kalen completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
