Joe Vendetti -

Joe Vendetti - MBA has a strong and extensive work experience in the demolition and remediation industry. Joe is currently the Senior Vice President of Industrial Services at Integrated Demolition and Remediation, Inc. (IDR) since March 2020.

Prior to this, Joe worked as the Vice President of Decommissioning & Demolition Operations at Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON) from March 2017 to May 2020. During their tenure, they successfully established and grew the D&D Business Unit, achieving profitability within a short period and winning major contracts, including the largest power plant demolition project in the western United States.

Before joining RECON, Joe served as the Vice President of D&D at Envirocon from January 2015 to February 2017. Joe was responsible for overseeing remediation and industrial demolition operations across various regions of the United States, achieving significant growth in both top and bottom lines.

From April 2013 to December 2014, Joe held the position of Sr. VP of Industrial D&D at NorthStar Contracting Group, Inc., where they were accountable for P&L responsibilities and successfully secured multimillion-dollar projects in North America, South America, and the Caribbean.

Prior to that, Joe held senior positions at NCM Demolition + Remediation, Multiple Companies, RITTER & PARATORE CONTRACTING, INC, and Bianchi Industrial Services LLC, where they were involved in various aspects of demolition and remediation and played a key role in estimating, business development, and cross-functional team leadership.

Joe Vendetti completed their education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from 1988 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management, Marketing, and Finance from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, they hold various certifications in different fields, including a Florida General Contractors License obtained in 2023 and a Tennessee Contractors License obtained in 2021. Joe Vendetti also possesses several other certifications related to their field of work and safety training.
