Ken Plachy

Ken Plachy has extensive work experience in the demolition and remediation industry. Ken started their career at LVI Services, Inc. in 1995 as a Vice President and Branch Manager. Ken later took on the role of National Fireproofing Division Manager and played a key role in growing the division. In 2008, they worked at American Demolition/American Concrete Cutting, Inc. as a Vice President, managing demolition operations and acquiring the assets of the firm. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Vice President at Accord Engineering, Inc., developing an in-house demolition and construction division. Ken then joined NorthStar Contracting Group, Inc. as President and Branch Manager for Southern California. In 2016, they worked as the Owner's Representative and Senior Construction Manager at Quantum Management Group, Inc. overseeing decontamination and deconstruction projects. In 2017, they joined Integrated Demolition & Remediation as a Senior Vice President. In 2018, they started their own practice as a California Licensed Attorney. Currently, Ken Plachy holds the position of Senior Vice President at Integrated Demolition and Remediation, Inc.

Ken Plachy obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from Abraham Lincoln University between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration/Aviation Administration from the University of North Dakota. Ken Plachy is also a California Licensed Attorney, obtained in 2018 from the State Bar of California. Additionally, they hold certifications in C-21 (Demolition), C-35 (Plastering), and ASB (Asbestos) from the California State License Board.
