Elise Drilling

Elise Drilling serves as the Global Human Resources Director for Integrated DNA Technologies, where responsibilities encompass the Commercial and Gene Writing & Editing Business Units since November 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Partner in both Commercial and Operations at Nobel Biocare, and a Senior Human Resources Generalist at WAXIE Sanitary Supply, managing employee relations and compensation analysis for a significant workforce. Elise also held the position of Director of Administration/Recruiter at Sasco, overseeing comprehensive HR operations, and served as a Human Resources Generalist at SSC Construction, Inc., where onboarding and benefits administration were key functions. An earlier role as an Investigator for the EEOC involved analyzing discrimination cases. Elise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California State University, Fullerton, and furthered education at UC Irvine.
