Kate Tea

Kate Tea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and product ownership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management and Process at Integrated DNA Technologies, Kate previously held the role of AI Product Owner at Leica Biosystems, where a focus on product vision and strategy was pivotal. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Manager and Product Owner at NuVasive, collaborating with global partners to drive product development from concept to launch. Kate holds an M.B.A. from the University of Redlands and dual Bachelor of Science degrees from San Diego State University, complemented by a Certificate in Contract Management.
