Mark Rogers is a highly experienced bioinformatics and software engineering professional with a strong background in developing algorithms and software tools for genomics and machine learning. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Integrated DNA Technologies, Mark previously held the position of Principal Bioinformatics Engineer at Invitae, where contributions included optimizing methods for detecting oncogenic aberrations in next-generation sequencing data. With a track record of consulting and directing bioinformatics projects, Mark has implemented various algorithms, developed regression models, and collaborated extensively across academia and industry.
