Melanie Kappadakunnel

Melanie Kappadakunnel, DO, MPH, is a skilled gastroenterologist currently practicing at Integrated Gastroenterology Consultants since September 2022. Previously, Melanie completed a six-year gastroenterology fellowship at Beaumont Health, where also an internal medicine residency was undertaken. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine (2012-2016), a Master of Public Health specializing in Epidemiology and a Global Health Certificate from the University of Michigan School of Public Health (2010-2012), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology with a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Los Angeles (2005-2009).
